The Korean Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (KSUOG) promotes integrative research development of theory and practice of ultrasound and mutual fellowship among its members. Also, the KSUOG aims to contribute to the prosperity of South Korean ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology as well as human welfare through collaborative international academic interactions.

The KSUOG encourages and implements the following missions to accomplish the purpose of Article 2.

• 1. Hosting symposiums, conferences and education courses
• 2. Publishing academic journals and scholarly books
• 3. Supporting research fellows in their education and research
• 4. Facilitating mutual academic exchange among related domestic and international societies
• 5. Evaluating administration and management of domestic ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology
• 6. Promoting other miscellaneous services and projects to achieve aims of the KSUOG
